Can you give me a social issue that involves Social Science?

I wanna come up with a social issue that involves most of those categories/branches. If possible, all of the branches are involved or a social issue that is related to the Philippines. Thanks! :)

Well how about the tension in Ireland? Historically the people have been oppressed and their economy has been weak. They have been isolated from Britain but still oppressed, their people were almost second rate citizens, and their leaders never had a chance.
