I think that anarchy and government are antagonists one to the other, so it's impossible to find something which is governed in anarchy, if it's governed it's not anarchist and vice-versa.

The only example i could find looking in google is Chechnya, the only country with an anarchist form of government; it's called "anarchial communism".
