I used to work for a bank at the Foreign exchange department,

we mad huge money transfers worldwide every day about 500 a day.

One of those money transfer should've been for 10 million and the teller sent 100 million instead.

This is quite common, but this time the beneficiary bank refused to send the money back, arguing that they were expecting that amount ( they did, but from other country),

The situation was challenging because that amount of money can block the whole operation and we can't afford to wait more than a few hours to get the money back.

Every day without it cost a lot, no wonder that some of us wouldn't keep the job.

After tough negotiations, we got the 90 million back, on time, but it was close to the limit time.
