  1. ill just list all of the ones i know

-san is the most commonly used one, for someone who you're unfamiliar with, its more respectable meaning miss, mrs, or mr. so it would be takashima-san or aki-san.

-chan is a way to call your friends, usually girls.

-kun is a way to call your guy friends

-sempai is someone who is older than you in your field of work like when your in 10th grade and someone is in 11th you call them -sempai.

-sama is for someone of high status, like a village elder or the company head

    -hime is for a princess

-sensei is for a teacher or tutor, or someone who is teaching you something

    -dono/tono is master

-chi/pyon is a very cutesy and familiar version of chan, used for girls but i suppose you can use it for a guy.. but it'll be kind of awkward

-oniichan normal way of calling your older brother, or brother figure

-niichan a more familiar and cutesy way of calling your older brother/brother figure

-oneesan normal way of calling your older sister/sister figure

-neesan more familiar and cutesy way of calling your older sister/sister figure

anue a very formal and respectable way of saying sister

    okaa-san is mother

    obaa-chan is grandmother

    otou-san is father

no suffix means your very close to them and you dont need one such as a cousin, sibling, or best friend

  2. -chan: for kids.

-kun: for confidence, such for friends.

-san: more respectable, approximetely like sir or miss, such for an elder friend or an uncle/aunt.

-sama: for people that are very important (not the "love" sense, but for social importance) from your field of view..

-senpai: for people with more experience in the same that you do.

-kohai: for people with less experience in the same that you do.

    -niisan: elder brother.

    -neesan: elder sister.

    Hope to be helpful!!!

  3. person's name-niisan(for older brother or brother like figure)         or (person's name)-neesan   (for older sister or sister like figure)           person-san

sama(for a person with a higher reputation like a president)

i know more but i cant really remember

  4. Ordinally they use "sama" or "san".

But when they write a letter they use "dono"means with respect expression."殿” in kanji.

And its better to use "oniisann" "oneesann".

To add "o" means more polite and regular.
