    You needn't  "81" when you dial.

    Dial 03- 3237-1403 ; Metro Bank Tokyo .

    Dial 06-6252-1333 ;Metro Bank Osaka.

    Office hour ; 9:00AM - 15:00PM / Mon-Fri

    There's  English speakers.
