well c**p people are already up in arms over it making them fat and some dumb lady already got away with dropping hot coffee on her lap and burning herself eventhough she "didn't know the coffee was hot" (DUH!)

lets see....you could always say their cold beverages gave you a brain freeze or something. that might work. *rolls eyes*
