Can you give me some help getting hired for drafting?

My wife is having trouble getting hired into a good position with a drafting firm in Fort Worth. She didn't even get a bite while in San Antonio. I've suggested she visit an employment agent of some sort, but is there some sort of certification which would help convince local firms she knows what she's doing?. She has an old associates degree, but she has 8 years of recent experience in contract drafting with a construction firm specializing in metal building construction for industrial, commercial, and even residential designs including estimation.

Try Cantex at the JR Horton building in FWorth.  They need new blood and the engineer there might be interested in your wife.  I think it's the 27th floor.

That's our main corporate office, but the plants are located here in MWells.  There's very little over the plant managers' position out here.

The air is cleaner, tho.
