Can you give me some of your examples of your personal political socialization?

i'm having a really hard time finding out what this mean cuz in class we talked really little about it so i was wondering if you can help me find understanding....

It seems to mean how do your political views influence your dealings with others?  I think that if you are naturally introverted and shy, despite any political leaning, this will dictate your interaction, not one aspect of your personality like politics.

Well, socialization just means how you are taught to believe something-- so gender socialization is how you learn to be a girl or a boy.  It's often by watching others and impersonating, by being told positive or negative reinforcement, or by internalizing outside behavior.

In terms of political socialization, many people find that people have the same political beliefs as their parents.  You hear how your parents talk about political issues (particularly immigration, traditional gender roles, abortion, etc.), and you learn to think like they think.
