Can you give me some vivid verbs?

Question

In my class, we have an assignment that requires vivid verbs.

But i really can't think of any.

here's what i have to do.

"You're a pop can. you have been trashed, bashed and smashed.

Tell your story to your psychologist.

-USE VIVID AND INTERESTING VERBS to the tell of your miserable aluminum life. -"

lol, it's a weird assignment.

I'm in challenge communication arts, so make sure i can really catch my teacher's attention :D

i have half of it done, but I'm out of ideas.

just give me a list of SAD, DEPRESSING verbs.
