All of them?  ok here goes nothing:

Serving: is what puts the ball into play.  you cannot step over the serving line, except in a jump serve.  there is overhand and underhand.

Passing: is when you put your hands together and bump the ball to the setter.  digging is when you do this to a hit.

Setting: also known as an overhand pass, and is when you pop your hand and send the ball in the front row to a hitter.

Hitting/spiking: left right left approach, and you extend your arm and snap your wrist and hit the ball over the net.

There are outside hitters, middle blockers/hitters, liberos, and setters.

There are many rotations, and you'd have to talk to your coach about that, so i won't say anything.  just IM me if you want to know more.  thnx
