lar5.com is the only actual site about the method that gives a detailed explanation.

Most people tend to go with the flow and just do Fridrich.

If you look up

Thrawst or Fallofshadows on youtube, they have decent video tutorials.

Other than that, what you are looking for does not exist.

I also wish there are more sites about Petrus and Roux, but there aren't. :(
