Can you give some volunteer work suggestions?

It's for the club I'm in. I want as many ideas as to what kind of volunteer work is available, suggestions like Big Brother and Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, etc. I've only come up with a few, but I know there are many other volunteer resources available. Please give a list and if possible links.

Would depend on where you live but here are a few ideas:

-SPCA

-BOYS and GIRLS CLUB

-Local animal shelter

-Many schools have programs where they match people with kids as "reading buddies"

-Meals on Wheels

-Volunteer to help clean up a local beach or park

-Volunteer as a leader for Scouts or Girl Guides

-Candy Striper at a local hospital

-Visit the elderly at a seniors centre/home

-Volunteer to be a buddy to a person with a disability-go swimming, hang at the mall ect ect
