1st 2nd or 3rd floor don`t be there after 10.00 in the morning, the queue is about 2 hours, and no chance to make the 3rd floor if it`s windy

There is an elevator that can take you to the top. Just like at King's Island in Ohio , only taller.

Yes you can either take the lift or if you are very fit and healthy, walk up. The views are beautiful.

Sure, It's one of the best views in all of Paris.  The entrance fee is based on whether you go to the first or second platform or all the way to the top.  You can buy your ticket at the booths at the base of the tower.  There are also several restaurants on levels one and two.  I recommend going all the way to the top for a really wonderful view and just to say you did - pick a clear sunny day if you can.  Here's the official website with all the info you'll need http://www.tour-eiffel.fr/teiffel/uk/
