  1. No. You must be 21 in the U.S.

  2. no, you must be of legal drinking age to serve alcohol anywhere in north America.

  3. You can serve alcohol (as a waiter or bartender) at 18.  You can't be served alcohol (as a patron) until you're 21 in the US.

In Mexico, you can be served at 18 and in Canada it's 18 or 19 depending on the province.

  4. There are teen nightclubs and some nightclubs you can enter with an ID that states you're 18. But you may NOT drink unless you are 21 years of age.

  5. Some 18 and over clubs serve alcohol but they will check your ID at the door. If you're 21 and over they will give you a colored wrist band or a stamp on the hand. This will let the bartender know that you're of age to buy and consume alcohol. If you're under 21 then you wont get a wristband of course. And if you try to get a drink at the bar and don't have one, they will still check your ID at the bar. Clulbs don't want to lose their liquor license so they're pretty strict about checking IDs.

  6. No, you must be 21 and prove it

  7. no not until 21

  8. Every club I have ever been to required you to be an employee before you could serve anyone. You can´t just walk into a club, go behind the bar and start making drinks. They will promptly throw you out if you attempt this.

  9. You can go to clubs but not drink  till 21

  10. You must be 18 to serve it, 21 to drink it...In Pennsylvania anyways.

  11. nope. 16 is the driving age which is way to early. and 21 is the drinking age? doesnt make sense when you think about it

  12. Depends on your state. Some states are 21 to serve any alcohol, some states are 18 to serve all alcohol. Some states are 21 to serve alcohol behind the bar but 18 to serve alcohol as a waitress in a family restaurant setting.

  13. you can serve [as in give to customers] if you are over 18...you can't drink until you are 21...but if you want to be a bartender or something, you can do it before hand...or just come to louisiana...seriously, they let 15 year olds into bars down here and rarely id anyone...
