  1. The shoe was not make for running.

If you really want to get into running, go to your local running shop.

They will help you find the right shoe, for your feet type.

If you do run with those shoes, you will get an injury within a week.

Your knees and shins will be hurting really bad.

They don't have any support what so ever, and they are not even made for running.

  2. You will get injured if you run in these. There are shoes made specifically for the purpose of running. Go to a running specialty store and ask for help choosing the right shoe. A few reputable names are Saucony, Brooks, Asics, and Mizuno. Do not buy a pair based on how they look - the important factor is how they feel when running in them.
