Can you go to college after doing Junior cer t(ireland) and A-levels in england?

Okat ive done my junior cert and am wondering is it possible to do A-levels in england( is it the equivalent of a leaving cert?)

And if it possible where can i go to college ? Can i study bac in ireland or only england? Please help ???? Tanx

If you want to stay in Ireland you can do A levels up North. Otherwise you will probably have to go to England.
