  1. You certainly can. Nothing to stop you. University of Ulster would take you on any course. Try their International Office online.

  2. yes but it will cost you a lot of money

Fid the college you want to go to

look for the fees and you will be catogorised as an overseas or non EU student then see the fees.

some courses are up to €12,000 ($17,600)per year.

Medicine would cost you €30,000($44,152) per year. its a seven year course so €210,000($309,000) over all.

  3. Yes, Of course. why not?

It would be a lot of money.

  4. If you pay, you can get in with minimum qualifications. University is free for Irish people, and entry requirements are higher.

It would be in the region of €10k/year fees. Full details will be on the various university websites: google, UCC, NUI Galway, University of Limerick, DCU, UCD, Trinity College Dublin, etc.

  7. You can.  You can go for a semester or a year abroad and pay a bit more but you can use your financial aid from your home college in the US.  Or you can apply directly to the college as you would in the US and go there instead.  It would cost more and im not sure what kind of financial aid you could get.  I went there for a semester and loved.  Be aware that the way the classes work and how  you do the work etc are different the teaching style is different.  Talk to people you know who have gone there and they will be able to tell you how its different.  Basically its more work on your own, more reading, taking notes etc.  And your whole grade is based on the few tests and papers that you do, there are rarly daily assignments so they are not typically graded neither is attendance or participation like in some US college classes.  Most of the classes have little intereaction and more lectures.  With that said I loved it I loved choosing what i wanted to read about from the reading lists and taking notes and building my papers through the whole semester.  Anyway hope i helped good luck.
