Can you go to college in the U.K if you have an Irish Education?

I am sitting the leaving cert(like A level's) next year. I want to do Primary teaching in college in the U.K as there are only 2 colleges in Ireland that do Primary teaching. Can I go to college in the U.K with an Irish education??

You'll probably need an interview and to pass a few internal exams (numeracy, English skills etc)

im pretty sure you can, have a look at some universities like leeds/ newcastle/manchester and get a prospectus.

my p.e teacher is irish and we live in england so you probs can, just do some research
