  1. ?????????     Call Bush, BamaMama or McMoney.  They can tell you the answer and even help you with expenses.

  2. Sure you can and you should for a long time!

  3. -------------- YES to the Following -------------

If you cause any kind of hard to control disturbance while in the process of being tested

    .

If you are involved in an accident that caused a serious injury or death and the officer sees it necessary

    .

If you have out standing warrants and while being tested for DUI

    .

  4. ABSOLUTELY!!!!  Minimal jail time and probation for a first time offender, maybe simply overnight...BUT the additional DUI's increase your penalty exponentially.  Further, if a death or injury results from a DUI, many States prosecute this successfully as a Murder in the 2d degree.

Learn your lesson from the first DUI.  And never drive with any measurable alcohol or drugs in your system.

  5. If it's a first offense and no one was injured in an accident you won't go to jail.

  6. It depends on the circumstances.  If someone gets killed, you'll go to jail.  If nobody gets hurt, your license will probably be suspended, and  you'll be on probation.

  7. Yes and it is a bad idea to drive drunk
