  1. They could go to jail if they were drunk and were caught by the police, or if they caused a serious accident and they were found guilty they could end up in jail too.  Otherwise they would get seriously fined then they have to go to court and they could possibly suspend their license to drive if they have more recklessly driving violations.  I hate people who drive in plain disregard for the safety of others I hope they got caught and get whats coming to them.  Peace.

  2. depends, maybe reckless driving.

  3. No unless that idiot kills someone or is running from the police...................

  4. no u could only get a ticket for doing that it`ll be a lot of money if u get caught though.

  5. Probably not for going through a red light, but you can bet you will be subjected to every imaginable interrogation technique in the book...from being a smartass, to outstanding warrants, to open container law, to insurance and registration review, suspicious odor coming from the car, all safety equipment in place and working.

All of this is to highlight the fact that if ANYTHING is out of line other then the red light infraction you get to spend the night at the Gray Rock Hotel.

  6. I wouldn't think so unless u were driving DUI, but I'm pretty sure u would at least get a fine

  7. No, but you can go to jail for not paying a ticket for it.

  8. Not unless someone was killed. Or if the driver was drunk. Other then that, just a ticket.

  9. Unfortunately, NO.  Running a red light is a minor traffic violation.  A person that is deliberately violating these types of laws will usually be caught.  If they continue to deliberately violate these laws the courts can make it tougher on them to get their driving privledges back upon suspension.  Hopefully nobody is killed before they realize what they are doing poses such a threat.
