Can you go to jail for using used postage stamps?

Ok I bought these non adhesive stamps from ebay & I found out later on they are used stamps but they have obviously been soaked in something because most of them didn't have the cancelled mark but I noticed a few you can still see the cancelled mark. Can u go to jail if they find out u're using used stamps?

i use them all the time, some times yer get them on letters and they have not been stamped, then they are , to me, un used ! so use them ,
