Can you go tubing in Bethany Beach?

I'm going to Bethany Beach soon. Does anyone know if they have tubing there...like you attach a tube to the back of a boat and it pulls you along. Or is they have it in Rehobeth, that'd be good too. Also, is there anything else there that'd be fun for 4 14 years olds?

I have seen people tubing at both beaches. Swimming is fun, knee boarding. I have seen parasaling and kite surfing and wind surfing. The board walk is fun also.
