Can you graduate with a minor. Before a Bs or Ba.?

can you teach if you get a minor in math but are Bs less or Ba less.?

Less what?  You can't graduate with only a minor; you have to have a major, and the minor is then a secondary set of courses.  Your B.A. or B.S. is in your major, with a minor in something else.

You can't earn a BS or BA without declaring a major.  Most colleges require 30 credit hours in the major field -- 10 courses @ 3 credit hours each.  If you happen to have 18 credit hours in another area, you can also declare a minor
