  1. try a washington parent navel orange on dwarf root stock, use lots of perlite to keep bugs to a minimum and keep plenty of natural light going.

  2. Nurseries or garden centers that have greenhouses sometimes have them.

You would need to keep it in a very sunny window.  It needs lots and lots of sun, or it's not happy.

  3. Your best bet in finding these are either online or a specialty nursery. You can find other dwarf citrus in you local nurseries though. The miniature orange isn't really an orange either. its more like a lime. also it can get up to 10 feet tall anyways like any other dwarf citrus. People claim that these things can grow in your house but I personally don't request it. they may be kept in containers but inside the house... hmm you really shouldn't.the satsuma mandarin grows 8 feet tall and that not for the house either. so I do not request the indoor thing. citrus is also full sun and requires very little water so inside you will most likely overwater it.

  4. In the citrus family, there are normal and so-called "dwarf" varieties. Dwarf varieties will stay pretty small and are ideal for pots. As for indoors, you need to have a very sunny south-facing window in order to provide enough light for your tree to grow. I would also reccomend moving your tree outdoors to a sunny porch or balcony when the weather permits. This will also give bugs a chance to pollinate you flowers, giving you the fruit you want. As for the pot, get a big one. at least three feet across - you may want to put it on wheels to make moving easier. My favorite orange varieties are Washington Seedless Navel and Moro Blood orange - look for them at you nursery. Also remember, indoor plants dry out much faster than outdoor plants, but your tree will only need to be watered once a week, or when the top two inches of soil are dry. If you cannot provide all of hese basic conditions, i would save the money you would spend (20 - 30 $) and just buy an orchid. They are way easier to take care of  than people realize, and are the most beautiful flowers you can grow.
