  1. I just bought a passion flower from a passionate gardener, I am in zone 5. He told me that they need lots sunshine. So the only way you could bring it in and have it live is to have a grow lamp. Then it would survive but those get very long vines so you would have to designate a big space and the bigger the plant, the more artificial sunshine.  But if you just dig it up in the fall and winter it in a cool place like a basement(cleaned up and covered so it isn't exposed to anything that may harm it) you will be able to plant it again after the threat of frost is gone and it will flourish year after year. It makes it easier to keep a list o the things you need to dig up for the winter.
