  2. i am not very good at algebra but i will  try my best to answer ur question. sorry if i am wrong.

    5/3 (3x-6) -(6-4x)

    =15/3x - 10 - 6 -4x

    =5x - 10 -6 -4x

    =x-16

    i am so sorry if i am wrong. i tried my best. hope this is sufficient. really i am sorrry if this is wrong.

  3. Could be read in a number of ways due to lack of brackets.

    Will ASSUME that you mean :-

    (5/3) (3x - 6) - (6 - 4x)

    5x - 10 - 6 + 4x

    9x - 16

  4. What i understand is this!

    5/3  (3x-6)-(6-4x)

    the fraction 5/3 is multipied to (3x-6)

    so it becomes   (5/3of 3x  - 5/3of6) - (6-4x)

    5x-10 -(6-4x)

    minus is multiplied to (6-4x)

    so it is -6+4x   { -x-   = +}

    therefore, 5x-10-6+4x

    5x+4x-10-6

    9x-16

    Hope it helps!!!!

  5. try www.mathhelp.com

  6. [5/3 (3x-6)]  -(6-4x) = 0

    [5/3 (3x-6)] -6 + 4x = 0

    [5x - 10 ] - 6 + 4x = 0

    5x -10 - 6 + 4x = 0

    9x - 16 = 0

    9x = 16

    x = 16 / 9   <--answer hope this shows it clearly ^_^V

    Goodluck to you ^_^
