Victor hasn't done much this year, but should turn it around. Until then, drop Johjima and pick up ROD BARAJAS (TORONTO). Man is on fire right now.....he's got this line the past month:

23/65 12 runs 4  HR  17  RBI    .354  AVG

Play Barajas until Martinez picks it up a bit.

Otherwise, you are looking pretty good....

the hitting is strong except martinez. but your other players will make up for his underachievement. the closers are looking very good. you nailed a good trade for victor and k-rod. i would work with your bench batters and starters. although your starters are decent, they can be inconsistent. you don't have an exact ace on your team. haren can be one, but he's also been inconsistent. i would trade for an ace like webb or volquez. if someone in your hitting lineup goes to the DL, then you're in trouble. you might want to pick up some better bench hitting options from free agency.

That is a very good team so there isn't much improving. But if you don't play Votto or Pedroia that much then maybe you should attempt to trade them for a top starting pitcher.

Your team looks pretty strong. I might try to trade Uggla for a better SP than Floyd, he doesn't get a lot of K's.

Well you have the same downfall as many Fantasy baseball players..an addiction to offfense. In head to head leagues there are usually the same amount of picthing categories as there are hitting. This means that pitching is equally important as hitting. The problem is that in picthing you only have five or six pitchers who will throw once a week to complete your stats for all of your picthing. So realistically you have say 5 slots to determine your pitching cats. With the offence you have 10 people playing everyday so you have 70 slots to determine offence. So where should you put more emphasis? You would be surprised when you have great picthing how easy it is to find decent fill in offensive players. trade those sticks for some pitching! The bigger the name..the better you can get back in return! Its true in life as in fantasy...defense wins championships!

For us to evaluate your team you need to tell us what type of league this is H2H, Points-only, or Roto League.  Plus you need to tell us how many Teams are in your League and if it's a Keeper on Non-Keeper League.
