  1. well, you really don't need to be networked. i know they are all connected to the internet you can use remote assistance from Windows to do it.  as far as being able to do it any other way, i really don't know

  2. Your question, as it's written, doesn't make any sense and cannot be answered.

You need to explain what you mean by "hack". Be clear about what you intend to do. Saying you want to "hack" something is meaningless in the computer world; in fact, it sounds a bit naive and childish. Do you intend on gaining control over the client computers?

The server is just that, a "server". It serves content that is requested from the clients. The server does not have any inherent control over the clients.

The server passwords in your case (i assume) are used to authenticate access to server resources. They are a one-way authentication mechanism, and cannot be used to authenticate access to the client — unless the password is the same.

Really, there's no way to answer your question. We would need to know what you're planning to do, and more information about your client-server setup.

  3. Hi Eric,

Normally "NO", reason to this harsh answers is:

Microsoft doesn't make simple hackable products... yet it can be configured to do so.

I could have shared more knowledge on this, since your setup is little unclear to me .. Hacking the other system ? What you want to do after hacking .. just log in and take full control .. My guess !!!

There are two ways to achieve this,

First method: You have to understand Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory, Group Policy and Terminal Services...

    Ex:

First log in to client computer locally and enable RDA

Desktop: My Computer (Right Click) -> Properties -> Remote -> (check Box) Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop -> Apply -> ok.

    Now login to the Server:

Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Communications -> Remote Desktop Assistance - > (Type Client IP Address) -> ok..."presto" you are into the client computer with full control start/shutdown, etc ...

Second method is very simple, you have to use a tool called Symantec PcAnywhere, download and read the documentation very well before you configure it.

Note: This also used to monitor user Screen, Mouse and Keystrokes.

Never configure anything unless you know what you are doing. other wise things may turn against your expectation.

I am not the brand/product promoter so I advice you to read documentation throughly and use trial and error method for perfection.

Hacking is a illegal but if you are interested in it you can pursue a paying career by passing CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker). Check this at

I hope this is been informative for you
