    The simple answer is no.

    If you have two landlines (with different numbers) then yes, as one could be with orange the other with Sky perhaps. My freinds old employer did this, as he still had a contract.

    the line one with AOL and line two with tiscali. one was paid for by his work the other himself.

    If you wish to chnage ISP, then you need to get a MAC code from your current supplier, then give this to the new firm, week or so later, its done. But you will lose you ISP email address, ie hello@AOL.com, so best to get a webmail address such as google or yahoo, there free and doesnt matter what ISP your with! with google you can still use Outlook.
