Can you have Implantation cramps with no bleeding?

I am supposed to start my period on Aug 10th or 11th. I am trying to conceive. I never get cramps before my period. Today and yesterday I have had terrible cramps, but no blood spots.

yes, everyone has implantation but not everyone will bleed or spot. I had cramps with both my kids and absolutely no spotting.

yeah i had that on my last two pregnancies, i felt cramping and a really wired whoosh feeling, which ive since found out from my gyno that a lot of women feel that when the egg reaches the womb from the fallopian tube.. really hope you get the result you want. all the best x

yes you can i had mild cramps around 7 dpo with no spotting and tested positive at 10dpo, take a test on the 10th, good luck
