  1. Yes you can.

    But it would be much easier to build a website in a flash based design platform like Wix.com, and not need to use any HTML or any code at all!

    Today, it much simpler to do this things, and the problems that have once been linked to flash are just that – in the past.

    I am advising only if you  don’t want a simple design, but a more animated and interactive one that will also accept flash objects/widgets.


  2. As long as you remember that:

    a) Splash pages are the root of all evil, and will make people leave your site faster than a speeding bullet;

    b) Flash is overkill, especially when the same thing can be achieved using simple HTML and CSS, and will make people leave your site faster than a speeding bullet.

  4. Yes you can. When you slice the image in image ready it creates various table cells. Just delete the image related to the particular cell and instead import a flash file of the same size or little smaller. Keep the cell size to its original parameters.
