The guy above me (mohamed K) was overreacting a bit. What he said was true, but things wouldn't get that serious without a recreational dose of the tramadol or the alcohol. You would manage one or two drinks with a medical dose of tramadol without much trouble.

arcoxia is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (etoricoxib). tramadol is a potent opiod agonist. the dangers of drinking is mainly atrributed to alcohol and tramadols depressant effects on the central nervous system. if used concurrently it may lead to sedation, drowsiness, respiratory depression, coma and death. these effects can be reversed by opiod antagonist such as naloxone however if these drugs are not quickly sought, death may ensue shortly. it is best advised to avoid alcohol when taking these agents.

NO,NO,NO. Especially with Tramadol.This is a very addictive and can be a mind altering drug. IF you can change it do so.
