I'm not sure what you mean hun.  Are you asking if a girl weighing 60 pounds needs a car seat?  If so, that depends.

How old is the girl?  If she is under 10, its almost always better to have her in a car seat, in the back seat.  Children (And anyone 60lbs) aren't very heavy, and in an accident can fly through the windshield, or be hurt terribly if they are not secured safely in a car seat.  They also have 'booster seats' for children (I'm guessing around the 60lb weight) that isn't a 'baby seat' but is more of a 'big girl' seat (Incase your little one doesn't want to sit in a 'baby seat' anymore)
