  1. Each state maintains its own Rules & Regulations for Insurance & Real Estate.  I've maintained my Insurance License and Real Estate in my state. Not aware of any rules regarding a Life Insurance & Real Estate License.

    You can always call the Department of Insurance and Real Estate Commission/Department in your State.
