I am tracking my temps and cervical fluid etc with irregularities. Can I have a thermal shift and not ovulate or does a thermal shift always mean you had ovulated?

  1. Raised temperature can be result of many factors. Temperature in your bedroom, having a cold, drinking alcohol. The only sure way to confirm ovulation is a progesterone blood test.
