  1. blood can pass it if the person has aids and you get the blood in your body (open wound or in mouth)

  2. The HIV/AIDS virus cannot live outside the human body, that is to say it cannot live on tables etc, but it can live in blood from a blood transfusion.  The hospital is very careful to check for AIDS however.  So to answer your question yes, a blood transfusion can give someone AIDS.  However casual contact cannot.

  3. No not unless you've came into contact with someone that has aids and even then they would have to have an open cut that's bleeding or something like that.

  4. Sure, HIV can be passed through blood transfusions or through an infected needle either in the health care setting or drug setting.

  5. If you've been sharing needles for intravenous drug use, or you have had a blood transfusion in a country where they don't screen their blood, yes, of course.

You don't just get it through s*x.

But it can't appear from thin air. You do actually have to have got it from one of those methods.

  6. Yes you can get aids without having s*x. It is passed through bodily fluids. Kissing someone with a open sore in their mouth or coming into contact with an infected persons blood
