Can you have an anxiety of pysically fighting with someone

well what im basically asking is can you have an anxiety of pysically fighting with someone and if so what category would this anxiety be under, example: social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder etc. and can meds help?

  1. You can get anxiety from just about anything, including nothing at all.  What I mean is, you can be sitting on a perfectly nice day with nothing going on and anxiety can come on unexpectedly.

    I try not to label everything, but I would say getting anxiety from a fight would probably just fall under generalized anxiety.

    Yes, there are several meds that can help, but most are addictive, so if you can find a way to cope without them, that would be preferable.  If it is unbearable, consult your doctor.


  2. Sounds quite sensible to me. Perhaps some martial arts classes could help with confidence and desensitisation.

  3. Omg im the exact same i don't want to fight with anyone because i'm scared they will pull a knife out on me. Shoot me or hurt me so much. But to be honest it's not as bad as it seems aslong as they dont do boxing haha only joking. I think thats just you worrying yeah and anxiety. I worry about EVERYTHING! not so much about other people though, which i should and i feel bad about. But come on you can get through this.  If that doesnt work just dont fight anyone :) GOODLOOK MY FRIEND X?
