  1. You're technically not supposed too. Although...

When I first got married and moved to VA with my hubby, I had to sneak into his barracks for the first couple of days because our apartment was not ready and we could not afford a motel. We just had to make sure that his roommate didn't notice me. I kept quiet and it all worked out, however, it's probably not the best idea. I don't know what they would have done to him if they had found out that I was there, I mean, we WERE married though, so who knows.

I agree Samantha... No sense of adventure whatsoever... Must have been born with silver spoons in their mouths too.

Heaven  forbid that a RULE should be broken to save a buck or two! Lol!

  2.   Technically (on the books) no to both---but lots of folks have both---esp a gf or bf staying with them...you just have to be careful with it and not get caught----or not get an ****** dorm manager

  3. No to both.  If you get caught, you will get kicked out.

  4. no..but if your sly...i lived with my husband in his army barracks for a summer...moohaha (i dont recommend you doing that though, his 1sgt was cool and there was no roomate) When we had our dog at another post we were real scared someone would see him, and that was only for half a day

  5. No.  Military barracks are very closely controlled, and only military personnel may live there.

If you want a pet in the barracks, you may be able to keep some fish.

If you want a live-in girlfriend, get an apartment off post.  Otherwise, you could be found in violation of the UCMJ for fornication.

  6. No to both. Your dorm is for military personnel only.

  7. Sorry, int he barracks (in the Army) guest can only stay so long. I had a roomate that had a guy that came over everynight in our barracks room and called her at all hours of the night, anyways, I got tired of hearing thme have s*x, so I took it to her PLT SGT and she smothed things out, he always spent the night and I did not want to have to dress int he room with HIm still there.

EDIT: no dogs either. Unless you go MP and are ont he military dog squad. But they still stay someplace else.

  8. No to Both.
