Can you have implantation cramps but no bleeding?

Question

i was wondering if you could have implantation cramps without any bleeding . i have 6 days before my period and i had this really painful cramp last night and it felt like a really bad period cramp and i have no cramps today. my husband thinks cause im going to start af but he dont know that im 6 days from it today. i have also been very hot and had been nausous. my husband never gets sick and he was so sick the other day and the first thing that came out of his mouth was that he thinks im pregnant yay for me if i am. any ways i was just wondering if it was implantion cramp or not. 7 days b4 my next period it happened. i ovulated on the 16th of july. postive opk on the 15th. been constipated also. and breast are really sore this am and have not been at all sore before today. last cycle june 28 - july 2nd. i have a 32 day cycle. suppose to start the 30th.

yes, you can... in fact, only about 30% of women experience implantation bleeding.  i didn't!

Seems abit strange getting cramp that early...

Normally when i get period cramps within hours im on!

The symptoms sound very promising!

I experienced the same thing as u and i am 4 days late today!

Soooo i think u may be getting a BFP coming ur way!
