Buy yourself a PLUSH MONKEY - no permit needed.

please do research - most monkeys make HORRIBLE pets

they are a lot more advanced than most people give them credit for and do NOT take babying like most pets (dogs and cats) do. they can learn to HATE their 'owners' and become VERY violent and even resentful towards you for not letting them 'grow up' and become more independent and find a mate.

basically, they are really hairy teenagers. if anything, you want a monkey that resembles a rodent because they are less human-like and generally more temperamental. but in general, horrible pets. you need to do a LOTTTTTTTT of training and research on this
