  1. It is okay to have tinted windows from the factory. You can be fined for getting them tinted darker. The reasoning behind this is that other drivers and pedestrians can make eye contact and make sure you see them.

  2. it is But  ICBC  thats the govt insurance company has strict standards  Check there website  First

  3. Yes you can.  Just not the front windshield

  4. you're allowed, just not the front 2 windows and the front.

  5. ignore that other guys answer - there is plenty sun in canada! (in the spring/summer)...*southern interior BC is hottest part of the country, like the arizona desert ~ it gets like 300 days of sunlight a yr.

i'm from BC yes they do give tickets if your car windows are tinted...but i think it's only for your front windsheild (allowed to have the side windows tinted)...

    check the tint laws (link)

  6. No because there is no sun in Canada.

  7. depends if thats for a car or house. but it sure is legal and there is lots of sun in Canada (not so much durring winter but lots for the rest of the seasons). lots of cars in Canada have tinted windows.

    I live in Ontario

i'm sorry if i offended any one.
