Can you have turkeys in a neighborhood?????

I am a wanna be farm boy and wanna have turkeys but dont know if i can have them in a neighborhood.

well we have chickens roaming around our neighborhood but they have a owner no 1 complains about it but i dont know about turkeys mayb ya sure but only if it doesnt make alot of noise especially  during mating season mayb if turkey doesnt work try chickens instead they dont make much of a loud noise

ps if u raise turkeys keep em in a pen dont let em roam around away frm ur house unless  they know how to com bak to ur place

or u can give em those leashes n tie 1 end to a tree so they can only go a certain distance away frm ur place

if u have fencin then no need bout da leash thing
