Can you have vonage phone service with having at&t u-verse with wireless internet?

As long as you have a reliable highspeed Internet connection, you can use Vonage.  It doesn't matter whose highspeed Internet you use, as long as it is reliable highspeed Internet.

The same is true of most all VoIP services.  All you need is a reliable HS Internet connection, a VoIP adapter (or a softphone and headset on your PC) and be signed-up with a VoIP account, and you are good to go...
