Can you hear Sirius or xm outside the states?

Question

I am thinking to get Sirius Radio but i am bit not sure since i do spend a lot of time out side the states (3month). but when i am in the states (9month) i am always stuck in traffic. so i was wondering can you hear Sirius or XM outside the states? to be more specefic in Lebanon and other middle-eastern countries?

I don't think that the satelites are outside the united states but I know you can hear both of those through the internet.  So you would be able to listen outside the states for sure through a computer or through a phone with internet connection.

Sirius and XM satellite signals can only be received in the US, Canada, and sometimes parts of the Caribbean and Mexico.  Definitely not in the middle east.
