Can you help determine the value of this porcelain license plate?

Question

I came across an excellent condition North Carolina porcelain license plate from 1916. It seems to be a used, but top of the used tier condition and it is real and untouched.

There are a few of them posted on ebay from 1916 (not a north caolina plate however) And they range from $99 to $300. If the plate is mint, or at least close to mint, than it might go for a little more money.
