Portable Multi-region DVD Player

does best buy have any? or whaere can i get one?

I'm just guessing here, but it's possible that some of the cheap no-name portables are region free but don't say so on the box.  Take a foreign DVD and try it on the demo units.

Or, write down the make/model of the units you see for sale, and do a web search to see if region hacks are available.

Or, if you don't have all that many foreign DVDs, just burn copies of them.  With dual-layer blanks for around $1 on sale, that's not an expensive option.  Plus it means you don't have take the original with you and risk getting it stolen by crackmonkeys.
