Can you help identify the artist?

we have a print #226/300 and in the lower righthand corner appear the words:

"Hubert (or Hebert or Herbert) Shrimptime 1977" the print is of an old boat that is on land. i've googled this set of words but haven't been able to find the artist. any tips or advice would be appreciated. my boyfriend would like more of this artist's (or similar) work, and his birthday is coming up.

I think you are talking about Hubert Shuptrine.  He died in 2006.  His original paintings are very expensive, but you can get prints at a reasonable price.  Check out these sites.\
