ok so i like this boy that is also my friend, and i asked my dad if he had called this boys dad cuz my dad and his dad are friends. because my dad has to help his dad i can go over to their house and i really want to but i dont want to seem annoying if i keep asking my dad to call or like did you call him yet. so do you have any ideas? thxxx

Stop putting your dad in the middle.  If you like him, have the guts to be his real friend, not just his friend through your dads connection.
