  1. well for one, you gotta be drop dead georgeous, i have yet to see a ugly flight attendant. But being a crew member is not as easy as the average person might think, there are a lot of underlying factors that you will experience, that  most people dont know about, which includes all types of training for various scenarios like terrorists, water landings, unruly passengers plus you will need to know a lot about the company you are working for, an of course, a whole lot of patience to deal with todays passengers.

  2. you know wat u have to do to please them...

  3. Start by doing research on the airline.  Study their route map, know which cities are hubs, what types of planes they fly, etc.  Think about why you want to work for THIS airline over and above any other airline.  As a former flight attendant recruiter I can tell you that most applicants say the same things. "I love to travel," or "I always wanted to work for an airline/be a flight attendant."  Understand this and think of something else that you can bring to the airline that no one else can offer.  Do you speak multiple languages?  Are you familiar with different cultures (maybe relatives that live in other countries)?  How are your people skills?  Do you have customer service experience?  As mentioned previously, having a thorough understanding of the job is essential.  Do you know what a flight attendant's main responsibilities are?  Make sure your appearance is immaculate. Despite what some might think, you don't have to be a beauty queen to be a flight attendant.  It's much more important that you take pride in your appearance.  Are your nails polished?  Are your shoes shined?  Do your clothes fit well?  Is your skin clear?  Is your make-up appropriate?  Is your hair style current yet professional?  Take a look at the flight attendants you see in the advertising for the airline.  THAT's what you should try and emulate.  Now, all that said, it's really important for you to relax and be yourself.  There will be LOTS of tension all around you from all the other candidates.  If you've done your homework and heeded my advice you will be well above the crowd.  Try to enjoy the experience rather than be afraid of it.  Allow your confidence to shine through.   Best of luck!
