So I used this for a research paper I'm doing but am not to sure how to cite it correctly using apa format.

From this site i used this:

To become a paramedic first you must go through and successfully complete all four levels of EMT training. The four levels being: EMT-Basic (level one), EMT-Intermediate (levels two and three) and EMT-Paramedic.

Do I have to do parenthetical citation with in the text?
